National Eat What You Want Day 2022

Eating Less, but eating better!
While it may feel good to feel unjudged in regards to diet, we can still make sensible choices and give our body what it actually needs without going overboard. With this in mind, why not opt for something that will not only satisfy your taste buds, but will also benefit your body and help the environment at the same time?
Our meat comes from farms that are conserving and restoring the old and wildly diverse pastures that support much of our rarest and most endangered wildlife, from cuckoos through to marsh fritillary butterflies. We share with our farmers a simple philosophy; that the best meat comes from the richest environments, where the animals can grow slowly on a diet of herbs, legumes, grasses and tree browse. In return, the animals play a crucial role in creating diverse and resilient ecosystems, and regenerating healthy, carbon rich soils.
Grass-fed meat is a source of an assortment of vitamins and nutrients that help your cells fight damage and your body build stronger muscle and cartilage tissue. In addition to being packed with B vitamins, grass-fed meat has been found to be higher in vitamins A, E and other antioxidants compared to grain-fed meat.
